Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a tipper to deliver materials to and from multiple sites
- Load and unload equipment and materials efficiently, using appropriate machinery and securing loads in compliance with safety regulations
- Operate and maintain a range of plant and machinery to facilitate loading and unloading from trailers.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring vehicles and equipment are in safe working condition
- Liaising with site managers, clients, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
- Maintaining cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle.
- Ad hoc duties as required
- Approach work with a safety & quality attitude
- Follow instructions issued by Foreman
- Be available for any required training or meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience driving a C License vehicle
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- CPC Card with all modules up to date
- Building services experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, punctuality, motivation, and ability to work in a team.
Licence/Certification:
- Safepass Card (required)
- Manual Handling Certificate (preferred)
- CE Driving Licence (required)
- Artic license (preferred but not essential)
