We are looking for a reliable part-time, evening HGV Driver to join our team. This position would suit someone ideally looking for part-time work or a couple of evening runs per week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Key Responsibilities
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Complete evening deliveries and collections.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report defects.
- Ensure all loads are delivered safely and on time.
- Follow driver hours, tachograph, and road transport regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.
Requirements:
- Full CE Driving Licence
- Valid Driver CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
- Good knowledge of transport regulations
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Experience in construction materials or bulk haulage is an advantage
