Job Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities:
- Attend work punctually every day.
- Assist with traffic control by flagging or placing signs, cones, and barricades as appropriate to ensure crew and public safety (TM training will be provided).
- Assist road crew with the laying of asphalt materials.
- Assist in preparation and clean-up of site.
- Maintain fluid levels of plant and machinery.
- Loads and unloads tucks, trailer, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Approach work with a safety & quality attitude.
- Follow instructions issued by Foreman.
- Be available for any required training or meetings.
- Comply with any reasonable request by management.
Requirements:
- Building services experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, punctuality, motivation, and ability to work in a team.
