About the Role
McGraths Limestone is expanding our Civil Engineering Division and now seeks an experienced Civil Engineer to support projects across Galway, Mayo and Connacht. What You’ll Do
• Oversee and supervise asphalt and concrete resurfacing works across multiple sites
• Coordinate site crews and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Manage materials, productivity, resource planning and cost control
• Prepare and maintain Site-Specific Safety Plans and ensure full compliance with safety standards
• Lead daily site documentation including assessments, audits, records and invoicing measures
• Liaise directly with clients, internal teams and contract management
• Support tendering and procurement activities as required
What You Bring
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Experience in civil engineering, pavement/surfacing or roadworks (preferred)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Full clean driving licence
• Safety leadership mindset; Managing Safely in Construction card is an advantage
• Commitment to continued professional development
