We have two fully automated and computerised batching plants at our facility in Cong, Co Mayo and produce up to 120 meters per hour. Our plants are independently calibrated every four months and we are ISO certified to EN 206. We have over 40 different specialised concrete mixes and we can produce any of our customer’s specific mix requirements in various strengths, from foundation mix, footpath mix or fibre reinforced concrete for industrial floors.
We have a fleet of concrete mixers and guarantee prompt reliable delivery, and flexible working times to meet the customers needs. All our lorries are fitted with fleet tracking devices and are monitored from our central dispatch office to ensure on-time delivery. We also have a full quality control and material testing lab on site which is operated by our qualified lab technician.
